Community Guidelines
Wrapp is for celebrating people. These rules keep it kind, safe and honest.
Last updated 24 October 2026
1. The spirit of Wrapp
Wrapp exists so people can celebrate each other. Be warm, be honest, and keep it fun. Friends can tease each other, and banter is part of a good party, but nobody should leave a page feeling hurt, scared or cheated.
2. What is not allowed
- Harassment, threats, bullying, or shaming someone, including "roasts" meant to wound rather than amuse.
- Hate speech or abuse aimed at someone's race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexuality, disability, nationality or health.
- Sexual content, nudity, or anything exploiting or endangering a child.
- Violence, self-harm content, or encouraging either.
- Scams, fake giveaways, fake fundraisers, requests for money under false pretences, or collecting money for illegal things.
- Posting someone's bank account number, phone number, address, ID or other private information, including your own in a public wish.
- Impersonating a person, brand or public figure, or using a name that misleads people.
- Spam, repeated unwanted messages, fake accounts, fake reservations, or tricks to farm rewards, gift cards or leaderboards.
- Anything illegal, or that breaks someone else's rights, such as copyright.
3. Wishes and voice notes
Wishes can be text, voice notes and photos. They are checked for abuse by automated tools, and by people when needed. A wish that breaks these rules may be hidden, and the sender may be limited from posting.
Celebrants decide what appears on their page. They can approve, hide or delete wishes and can block a person. Hidden wishes may still be kept for safety and legal reasons.
Roast mode, where it is switched on, is for good-natured fun among friends. The celebrant approves roasts first. The other rules still apply.
4. Be honest about money
Describe what a gift or goal is for, truthfully. Do not use a celebration page to raise money for something other than what you say. We can pause a page, hold payments, refuse withdrawals or report to the authorities if we suspect fraud or misuse.
5. Names and pages
Your username and display name should be yours, or a name you are entitled to use. Names of well-known brands and public figures are reserved for the real owner, who can claim them by verifying. We may change or remove names that mislead or offend.
6. Reporting a problem
Use the report option on a page or wish, or contact us using the details at the bottom of this page. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services first.
We review reports as quickly as we can and may ask you for more information. We try to be fair: we look at the context before we act, and we will not tell the person you reported who you are.
7. What we may do
Depending on what happened, we may remove content, limit what an account can do, hold or reverse payments, suspend or close an account, tell the authorities, or refuse a username. Repeated or serious breaches may lead to a permanent ban. If we act on your account, we will explain why where we can.
If you think we got it wrong, tell us and we will take another look.
