Brand and Creator Terms

These terms apply on top of the Terms of Use if you use Wrapp for a business, brand, organisation or as a creator, for example to run product launches, brand campaigns, anniversaries or gift card drops. If you accept them for a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind it.

Names of well-known brands and public figures are held back so that nobody else takes them. The real owner can claim the name by verifying. Reserving a name before launch, or registering one, does not give you rights to a trade mark you do not own.

You must not take a name to mislead people, to resell it, or to pretend to be someone else. We may refuse, release or reassign a name that breaks this rule or belongs to someone else.

Brands and creators can be verified. We may ask for proof of who you are and that you represent the business, such as a company registration, a work email, or ownership of your website or social accounts. A verified badge means we checked you at a point in time, not that we endorse you.

Websites and social usernames are shown on a page only for verified brands and creators. We may remove the badge if details stop being true.

You are responsible for the pages, offers and messages you publish. They must be truthful, lawful and follow the Community Guidelines and any advertising and consumer-protection rules that apply, including clear disclosure of sponsored content.

Do not use Wrapp to send unsolicited marketing, collect personal data without permission, or run prizes, lotteries or promotions that need a licence you do not hold.

Wrapp is not a party to your offers or contests. Winners, prizes, delivery and customer service are yours to handle.

If you offer gift cards or perks, you must honour them as described, including value, expiry and where they can be used. We may pause a gift card or campaign that is misleading, cannot be redeemed, or is causing harm.

Gift card terms, settlement and fees are set out in your agreement with us or in the information shown when you set up the offer.

You must handle any personal data you receive through Wrapp under the law, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, and only for the purpose it was given. Do not sell it or use it to contact people who did not agree to hear from you.

You give us permission to show your name, logo and content on Wrapp to run your page and, if you agree, to say you use Wrapp. You may say you use Wrapp, but you may not use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you without our written permission.

Either of us can stop at any time. We may suspend a brand page or remove a campaign if these terms or the Terms of Use are broken, or if we must by law. Money and gift cards already earned or issued are dealt with under the Gifts and Payments terms and your agreement with us.
